Community Improvement

Thank you to those who attended and participated in the special assessment meetings.  These were mandatory meetings required of our community.  We had a 50% no show rate.  Of the 50% that showed, we had a 40% yes/in favor vote and a 10% no/not in favor vote.  Due to the lack of participation, we are unable to move forward with the necessary changes at this time.  We will be removing the loose fence panels near the second entrance as well as completing the clean up needed at both entrances and will reevaluate next year when we are able to save additional funds to offset the cost.

For those of you that did attend, we have heard and appreciate your feedback. on things you would like to see changed.  Currently our community has 3 sets of bylaws.  We will be seeking legal advice to consolidate into one update set of bylaws that will be enforced.   To do this we need your help!  Please chat or email any suggestions you would like to see added or removed from the current bylaws.  We will need to vote on all changes once made and will require every household to participate.  Meeting date TBD but expected late fall.

In order to engage more with our neighbors, we will be hosting a community block party/fall festival.  This will be held in October and the board is currently planning activities.  We hope to see you all there!  Stay tuned to the calendar and Facebook group for upcoming dates!
